How it's done

Liaise with clients on the phone to get their exact requirements. Check our inventory for items that are required, if not, contact our suppliers and place an order.
Search for venues and book them.
Create a detailed program, including timelines, venues, and budget.
Negotiate prices and hire with suppliers and contractors
Be proactive, manage and coordinate with suppliers on the day, to see that everything runs smoothly and as per plan.
I always have plan B in place.
